- As a recipient of Charlottenborg Fondens national solo prize in 2016, Aase Seidler Gernes (1927-2018) was invited to have a solo exhibition with new and older works. Poul Gernes' contribution was the textile design Happy Days, which the artist couple had created for Herlev Hospital in 1976.
