Description: monolith
Completed: 1985
Status: extant
IDname: PG-Z-249
Notes: Three decorated monoliths, made by Poul Gernes, have been placed in three different locations in Køge. This monolith is engraved with a network of blue-painted lines, running perpendicular to each other. Its original position was behind Køge Town Hall. In connection with the extension of the town hall, it was removed to the grounds by Køge Stream and Fændediget. It has also been temporarily placed in Lovparken. In 2018 it was returned to a central position in Køge on Kulturtorvet between the cinema and the theatre, Teaterbygningen.
