Finn Thybo Andersen on Lundebjerg School
125 metres of hallways on two floors were decorated in a week by forty students with art as elective, under the leadership of Poul Gernes and seven of his students from the Academy of Fine Arts. The decoration was done by painting bricks in needlepoint-like patterns light green, red, blue and orange colours, much in the same way as at Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum. Between the patterns are ceramic plates with floral motifs. The baseboards were painted by volunteer parents.
