Notes
The exhibition was initiated by Poul Gernes, Bjørn Nørgaard and Lene Adler Petersen, and the brief included projects for decoration of specific localities in Vejle. Poul Gernes' contribution, done with Aase Gernes, Knud Hvidberg and Stig Siig Vestentoft, assisted by architects Steffen Damskier, Vibeke Holdt, Birger Kristoffersen and Bodil Øllgaard, presented many ideas that were later realised in his decoration projects in different parts of the country.

The ceramic decoration around the museums's windows is extant. The parasol fountain was realized at Troldehøj, Housing Association Sjællandske. The cement flowers were designed as road blocks in streets with reduced car traffic. The large metal flower bouquet was permanently installed as a landmark for Culture Centre Domus in Vejle. A similar flower group was created for Århus Art Museum, later to be installed at Århus County Hospital. Flower tiles were laid in Vejle and Aars. The sketch on the catalogue cover foreshadows later decorations of stairwells.
